To promote a summer music event featuring a variety of artists we had to appeal to a wide and varied target audience. Our solution involved hand cut wood block letterforms, which we printed in traditional processes for tactile, one-of-a-kind textures. Summery, fresh colours were applied and the letters were overlapped to spell the word “SOUNDAY”. Our typographic solution offered integrity, flexibility and the genuine appeal of something handmade.
