seen him work on every continent
leading teams of up to 1500
people.
Having run both large and small
organisations, Geoff knows first
hand the challenges that any
business can bring. He believes
that success comes through good
relationships, and he understands
the intricacies of business issues
from corporate strategy to product
and personnel development.
As Strategy’s Group Managing Partner,
Geoff offers straight talking
business experience to our clients.
Geoff enjoys client interaction at
the highest level, helping to provide
clear thinking with regards to the
strategy and direction of our clients'
businesses.
Along with facilitating, managing
and developing the growth of the
Strategy Group of companies, Geoff
sits on several boards of private
companies. He is also a trustee for
the Canterbury Medical Research
Foundation and the International
Busker's Festival.

Guy Pask
Group Creative Partner
Guy Pask developed his design skills while working in the industry in Sydney. Upon his return to New Zealand, he founded Strategy Christchurch with the vision of producing award winning, world-class design.
Strategy's work has received considerable recognition from both national and international organisations including Clio, the Art Directors Club (ADC), the Type Directors Club (TDC), the One Show, AWARD, AGDA, MAPDA, Graphis Poster, NZ Poster Art, ProDesign, Urbis, Desktop, Unlimited and the New Zealand Best Design Awards (winner large and small scale identity '03, '05 and '06).
Guy is currently Chairman of CPIT's Bachelor of Design course advisory, a trustee of the Christchurch Art Gallery and a former council member of DINZ. He has been a judge for the New Zealand Best Design Awards and AWARD (Australasian Writers and Art Directors).

Michael Prentice

Michael joined Strategy in 2010
as Group Strategic Director. One
of New Zealand's leading Planners
and Strategists, Michael has
developed the brand and
advertising strategies for some of
New Zealand's most recognisable
companies.
Michael's experience spans a broad
range of categories including
finance, travel, FMCG, beverages
and education. He has worked
with such high profile brands
as Sanitarium, House of Travel,
Coca-Cola Amatil, Kiwibank and
Rabobank.
No stranger to success, Michael
was awarded the Grand Effie for
Sustained Success in both 2002
and 2009, as well as twice winning
the Best-in-Show Effie for brand
strategies in 2007 and 2009. In
2006 Michael juried the Media
Lions at the Cannes Advertising
Festival.
Michael is also a committed
supporter of New Zealand's
arts and culture industry. He is
a member of the arts board of
Creative New Zealand and a trustee
of the Auckland Opera Studio.
Michael founded and chaired the
trust board of contemporary dance
company, Black Grace, and served
two terms as director of The Aotea
Board of Management / The Edge.

Martin O’Sullivan
Managing Partner, Auckland
Martin has had 16 years of
experience in broadcast and
interactive media. A bona fide
globetrotter, Martin has managed
a variety of projects and interactive
agencies in Asia, Europe, North
America, Australia and New
Zealand.
Martin has specialist experience
delivering internal and external
communication tools for
governments, Fortune 500
companies, museums and events
companies, often working in
conjunction with large multi-media
campaigns.
He has worked with and advised
clients such as UBS Warburg, HSBC,
Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Co,
Nike, Adidas, Nokia, Coca Cola,
Ford, Ericcson, New Zealand Trade
& Enterprise, Tourism New Zealand,
Te Papa & Auckland Museums to
name just a few.
Martin's exposure to these large

understanding of how to use a
variety of traditional and emerging

Gideon Keith

Gideon leads Strategy Auckland's creative team with confidence and expertise.
Gideon has been designing, implementing and maintaining brands for almost 25 years. He has spent 18 years running a business and leading creative teams with clients spanning New Zealand, Australia, Asia, the Pacific and USA.
Gideon has worked with a number of high profile organisations including Apple, Nescafe, Landrover and Woosh. His blend of business insight and creative strength enables him to build strong client relationships, many of which have lasted a decade or longer.

Peter Gray
Managing Partner, Wellington
Peter’s career spans more than 30 years in the New Zealand design and advertising industry. Early in his career, Peter helped found an agency in Wellington and as the senior art director he was responsible for creative development, design and television production for all key accounts.
He has received advertising and marketing awards for many respected brands. He helped create the incredibly successful launch of the Honda Civic, City and Accord Cars into New Zealand.
Peter went on to establish his own design agency in 1987 and during the following 20 years developed an account management style based on trust, openness and a commitment to delivery. His clients have included large corporate, government and not-for-profit organisations such as Telecom, the Reserve Bank, the New Zealand Food Safety Authority, Massey University, New Zealand Qualifications Authority ‘Study Link,’ New Zealand Teachers Council and Outward Bound.
