Sam Pilgrim, BMX Freestyle World Champion, travels the globe to race and meet fans, but he has never been to Japan.
To make their first stay unforgettable, SET documented every detail of their pilgrimage (= pilgrimage) journey. In partnership with Outdoor Lifestyle Magazine and Outdoor Japan, we followed Sam from the streets of Tokyo through the streets of Tochigi to Nozawa Town in the mountains of Tochigi, Shibukawa in Gunma Prefecture, and the forests of the water, capturing him riding mountain bikes with fans and experiencing some of Japan's top trial parks and cultural experiences.
